In the United States, we operate in association with Kaufman Astoria Film Studios and the French American Cultural Exchange.

The students are drawn from a population of young adults who are 18-25:
- Without the means to realize their potential
- With skill and interest in Media
- With a yearning to understand other cultures

We on the board and most of our teachers volunteer our time. We have years of experience in media. We volunteer because we believe it is important to reduce conflict and to nurture understanding through better communication skills.

MISSION
|
|
Eurica Media Lab was formed to create global communication and to foster
cultural exchange and understanding through the use of media-film,
television, and the internet. We focus on disadvantaged youth between
the ages of 18-25, who have talent but lack the means to realize their
potential. Our goals are: to increase familiarity and understanding of
the United States and to have those from the United States understand
those in other cultures more fully as one step in enhancing global
communication; to develop skills in media to promote verbal and
non-verbal communication; and to encourage the building of self-esteem
through exploration of creativity. The program identifies participants'
unique talents and nurtures those talents through mentorship with
specialists. The specialists, French and American, offer cultural
balance, as well as technical competence. The special environment and
hands on support motivate participants to succeed.
